All components are¬†easily accessible¬†for inspection and maintenance. Some functions allow to¬†reduce and automate the maintenance; the Wiper cleans the inner spray chamber every x-time automatically running along it and collecting the residuals in a special tray. With the¬†self-learning system¬†there is no more need to upload sketches of the sheet, as it automatically displays the shape as it runs through the machine¬†and is then divided into squares that represent the 100×100 mm lubrication area. The special¬†test fuction¬†is activated on the screen and controls the functioning of each single nozzles activating them and giving a feedback in real time on the panel.
